Each week, we share – through pictures – what the folks behind Durham Mag have been doing around town. We’re always out and about, just because we love this place; we hope you’ll comment with what you’ve been doing, too!

Triangle Seafood Market

TriangleSeafoodMarketDurham Mag Editor Chelsea Kellner, VP of Content Andrea Griffith Cash and Account Executive Ellen Farber enjoyed lobster bisque, crab cakes, a pasta trio and a halibut entrée at Triangle Seafood, which just opened in Brightleaf. They may never need to eat again. Look for the restaurant to open an adjoining seafood market before Christmas — a good source for oysters, shrimp, etc., needed for those holiday parties.

Dame’s Chicken and Waffles

Dame'sAndrea’s chicken at Dame’s resembled a heart … Which is apropos because who doesn’t love this place?

Nanataco

NanatacoCreative Director Kevin Brown chose to go with fish, chicken and pork belly on his Nanataco tacos, plus rice and beans on the side. What kind of tacos do you prefer at this Rockwood staple?

Catching a Sunrise
