(1) Regional Grand Taste
Couldn’t get enough of Grand Taste last year? This year, we’ve added a regional equivalent to the line up. Sample local delights at the original Grand Taste Thursday, April 20 – then expand your culinary horizons to encompass the whole southern region at our Regional Grand Taste on Saturday, April 22.

(2) Gluten-Free Dinner at Primal
Our first-ever fully gluten-free dinner will feature three courses by Chef Tim Lyons of Primal and blu seafood, each paired with ciders fresh-picked by Black Twig‘s Mattie Beason

(3) Wine vs. Beer 
Held at the PNC Triangle Club at the Durham Bulls Park, this epic pairing showdown features small plates and expert opinions on whether grapes or hops pair best with each dish – which one will you choose?

(4) Tacos & Tequila Night at Dos Perros
Enjoy delightful and unexpected flavor combinations of six different sweet and savory tacos as they are paired with tequila. Each taco recipe will be crafted by the talented Charlie Deal (of Dos Perros, Juju and Jujube).

salt-smoke(5) Salt & Smoke – Taste 2017 Style
Get your south on with Acme‘s Kevin Callaghan. Held at the The Rickhouse, Kevin will be cooking up a delicious mix of barbecue and oysters, paired with music and beer.
