Craft cider and bitters combined can make some seriously spectacular and refreshing cocktails. Impress your friends this summer with these simple, collaborative recipes from Foggy Ridge Cider‘s Stacey Sprenz and Craig Rudewicz of Crude Bitters & Sodas.


2 oz. Foggy Ridge Serious Cider
1 ½ tsp. simple syrup
5 drops Crude Bitters “Syncophant”

  1. Pour cider into a cocktail pitcher filled with ice
  2. Add the simple syrup and bitters
  3. Stir to combine and strain into a cocktail glass

2 oz. Foggy Ridge Serious Cider
½ oz. Sweet Vermouth (Byrrh, Dolin, Cocchi Americano)
5 drops Crude Bitters “Bitterless Marriage”

  1. Pour cider into a cocktail pitcher filled with ice
  2. Add the vermouth and bitters
  3. Stir to combine and strain into a cocktail glass

2 oz. Foggy Ridge Serious Cider
½ oz. Apple Brandy
¼ tsp. honey simple syrup
5 drops Crude Bitters “Syncophant”

  1. Pour cider into a cocktail pitcher filled with ice
  2. Add the simple syrup and bitters
  3. Stir to combine and strain into a cocktail glass
