Duke Campus Club, an organization for Duke-affiliated women, recently elected new officials to represent the club’s second century.
The 2015-16 Executive Board includes President Joy Dunlap (2015-2016), President-Elect (2016-2017) Anne Alexander, VP of Communications Barbara VanDewoestine, VP of Membership Diane Staton, Secretary Jenny Blazing and Treasurer Pam Swinney, along with Past President Jean Carden.
Duke Campus Club is an inclusive and active organization that connects Duke-affiliated alumnae and their family members, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute participants, graduate students, volunteers, Duke employees and spouses of Duke employees. Members can choose from more than 30 different interest groups, a keynote lunch speaker and three spotlight club-wide events a year.
“Duke Campus Club’s strength for the future lies in its broad base of talented and accomplished women from different areas who love Duke and enjoy developing friendships and sharing activities,” Joy says.
Duke Campus Club’s fall reception, which is open to women who are interested, is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 11, from 11am-1pm at the Hill House.
