Bubbly for Your Boo

Lovers of all kinds, but perhaps Prosecco lovers, might like to try today’s bubbly as a fun alternative. Riesling is no stranger to sparkling wine, with Henkell German sparkling a perennial favorite. Today’s wine comes from Argentina and is comprised of 80% riesling and 20% torrontes, Argentina’s well-known, brisk white grape. Amalaya Brut Nature is another product of the Hess Family’s investment in the Valle de Cafayate, Salta region, 6,000 feet above sea level! The wine is festive and a frugal way to toast your love in style.

Light gold in color. Aromas of white flowers, orange, pineapple, honey-laden yeast. (Will remind you of a beach escape!) Flavors include apple, melon, lime and sea salt. It’s very fresh with a soft mouth texture and delicate finish. Drink now.
