You may notice some differences in our August 2017 issue. We’ve been busy all summer long designing a new look for our magazines, one that we believe is reflective of our city-on-the-rise. We’ve also added some departments – like our new parenting section and Star Power interviews with celebrities who will soon be heading to the Bull City – and switched up the order a bit – now you’ll find more features towards the front of the publication.
That includes our cover story, our “Vision Board” for Durham, in which we asked our neighbors what they would like to see in the future of this quickly changing city. Answers varied, but there were some consistent themes – more green space and affordable housing among them – all of which were summarized on our cover (see how many individual responses you can find in the bull!).
