Honey Ham is the guy with a big personality and little legs. He knows how to bring the good vibes when he’s with his people – he’s playful, energetic, sweet, goofy and has lots of fun energy. Honey Ham is a social butterfly at heart and loves to run! He could use a little work on his manners as he can get quite excited and doesn’t know how to contain it. Visit Honey Ham‘s webpage to learn more and stop by the Animal Protection Society of Durham to meet him today – he would love to provide laughs and joy to a new family soon!

The Animal Protection Society of Durham, located at 2117 E. Club Blvd., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been helping animals in the community since 1970, and has managed the Durham County Animal Shelter since 1990. In addition to county funding, APS relies on donations from individuals and corporations to feed, shelter and provide medical attention for the nearly 7,000 stray, surrendered and abused animals it cares for each year. APS of Durham is open to the public for adoptions and animal visitations. To set up a virtual visit or to adopt, send adoption forms to adopt@apsofdurham.org. Same-day adoptions are now available in the shelter. For more information, email adopt@apsofdurham.org.
