It was Bowie night at PopUp Chorus on Friday. After the chorus sang “Starman” and “Heroes,” a very impressive tribute band took the stage at Motorco.

VP of Content Andrea Griffith Cash checked out the new Arcana bar downtown, on the back side of Toast. She plans to return soon for a tarot card reading.
The ribeye carpaccio special at Mateo this weekend was, well, very special.
Andrea was lucky enough to attend The Carolina Theatre‘s 90th anniversary concert featuring Kristin Chenoweth. The petite powerhouse belted show tunes like “I Could Have Danced All Night” and “Popular.” She also spoke of her love of The Pit barbecue!
Andrea got a behind-the-scenes tour of Counter Culture Coffee‘s headquarters. It perked her right up!
