Elmo's DinerOne of Associate Editor Amanda MacLaren‘s go-to orders at Elmo’s (platinum winner of for Best Breakfast in our Best of Durham Awards!) is the spicy chilaquiles: corn tortillas mixed with a homemade sauce with cilantro, peppers, onions and spices, served with black beans, sour cream, feta cheese, diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro. On Sunday, they added chicken!
