Acme Food & Beverage Co. of Carrboro is taking its Salt & Smoke Festival on the road. Before Baton Rouge or Birmingham, Kevin Callaghan and his crew headed to Ponysaurus Brewing. Ticket buyers enjoyed a barbecue plate with sides like cornbread and macaroni and cheese, raw oysters from the Virginia shore and, of course, Ponysaurus beer. Big Fat Gap provided the entertainment, appropriate for the event that uses the hashtag #getyoursouthon.
