Ramona is a playful, energetic Pit mix who’s about 1 year old. She likes to chase a tennis ball, adores her toys and is smart and food-motivated, which means she’ll be fun to train. She loves people and other dogs. Ramona is looking for an active family to call her own.

Ramona lives in kennel 20. For more information about Ramona, contact [email protected]. To view her webpage, visit apsofdurham.org/ramona.

Adoption fees for dogs and puppies typically range from $100-$175, which includes a basic medical exam, spay or neuter surgery, microchip implantation, rabies and other vaccinations, intestinal parasite check, heartworm test and deworming. Ramona has been at the shelter for several months, so her adoption fee has been reduced to just $40!

Thanks to our sponsors, new owners of each adopted featured pet will receive a complimentary first wellness visit from Park Vet Hospital, a pet pillow from Sew Fine II, a $25 gift card to Rockwood Furniture and a free day of boarding at Sunny Acres Pet Resort.
