Praline is an adorable gray torbie (tabby and tortie mix) with a beautiful coat and cute “baby-face” with giant, sweet golden eyes. She’s a little shy at first but soon warms up with a well-placed chin scratch and stroke of her soft coat. Once she gives you a good sniff or two, she will welcome head scratches, snuggles and become playful as well. Praline is a polite and reserved cat, which would make her the perfect pet for someone looking for a settled and calm companion. Praline is young enough to delight you with typical kitten pursuits, but she does not require the high maintenance of the kitten phase. Come visit Praline and see if this sweetie will suit your taste!

Praline’s ID No. is 450894. For more information about Praline, contact catinfo@apsofdurham.org. To view Praline’s webpage and see more pictures, visit www.apsofdurham.org/praline.

Adoption fees for cats and kittens are typically $95, which includes a basic wellness exam, spay or neuter surgery, microchip implantation, rabies and other vaccinations, and start off with one month of free pet insurance. But June is Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat Month, and APS of Durham is celebrating by having its biggest cat adoption event of the year!

Take your pick of any of the wonderful cats and kittens and pay what you’re willing to pay during the month of June. Learn more about this amazing special here.

Thanks to our sponsors, new owners of each adopted featured pet will receive a complimentary first wellness visit from Park Vet Hospital, a pet pillow from Sew Fine II, a $25 gift card to Rockwood Furniture and a free day of boarding at Sunny Acres Pet Resort.
