In a charged rivalry game, N.C. Central fell just four points short of defeating rival N.C. A&T in overtime on Saturday, Feb. 6, in McDougald-McLendon Arena. Surrounded by a balanced showing of fans for each team, players were fueled by the spirit of competition as well as the roar of an electric crowd. Amidst dancing students, the booming reverberation of the band and cheers that echoed from the stands, N.C. Central took time to recognize former Eagle athletes and coaches for their contributions to the legacy of its program.
