Classic Martini
- 2 oz Conniption American Dry Gin
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- lemon twist
Add ingredients to mixing glass, add ice, and stir to full dilution, approximately 55 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Fifty-Fifty Martini
- 1.5 oz Conniption American Dry Gin
- 1.5 oz dry vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- lemon twist
Add ingredients to mixing glass, add ice, and stir to full dilution, approximately 55 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Dry Martini
- 2.5 oz Conniption American Dry Gin
- .5 oz dry vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters (optional)
- olive
Add ingredients to mixing glass, add ice, and stir to full dilution, approximately 55 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive.
Perfect Martini
- 2 oz Conniption American Dry Gin
- .5 oz dry vermouth
- .5 oz sweet vermouth
- lemon twist
