It was a perfect warm spring evening for a bona-fide fish pickin’ with Piedmont Restaurant, thanks to the talents of its chef, Greg Gettles, who teamed up with The Boot chef John May last Wednesday for a “Seasons of the Sea” dinner celebrating sustainable seafood with Locals Seafood and NC Catch. Each course was expertly paired with delicious rosé wines!
