Jerry is a friendly, playful, jumpy, sweet guy! He really loves to play with a ball or other toys, eat lots of treats, learn new things and relax in a cozy retreat. He requires lots of playtime and exercise. Jerry is full of energy for a 3-year-old pup and loves to be taken on long walks by shelter volunteers to gather all of the toys other dogs have left behind. Jerry does get easily excited but probably just because he can’t wait to find his forever home! He also seems reactive to other dogs when leaving the kennel but could very well warm up to other dogs if given the chance. But for the meantime, Jerry would do best in a single-dog home and with people who can help him learn basic training skills. Jerry needs a family with children older than 13, as he can be jumpy. If you’re looking for a play buddy, Jerry could be your guy! Come see him soon!
