If you’re seeking a sweet, adventurous partner, David might be a great match for you. He’s a long-legged, playful and sensitive guy, and will do best in a home where he can get a lot of leashed exercise like running and hiking. David is house-trained and not destructive, but is very nervous around men and needs a primary caregiver who is female, as he runs away from men. David loves being with people and would do best not being left alone all day. If left crated while home alone, he has a tendency to howl. David also would do best in a cat-free house. A pleaser at heart, David is very smart and would do well if given a task like scent work. He requires patience, love and space in order to feel safe, but once he does, David is a great companion. He can’t wait to find someone that will love him with their whole heart!
