Brodie Ray is a good ol’ Southern boy who’s fun, playful and excitable. He can be a little rough and rude when he sees friends (and everyone is his friend!), but basic training should fix that right up. Brodie Ray loves toys and hot dogs and a cool tile floor. He’d love to have lots of exercise and enrichment during the day and watch the stars with his person at night. Visit Brodie Ray‘s webpage to learn more and come visit him at the Animal Protection Society of Durham today!
All dogs’ adoption fees are only $5 during the final week of the nationwide Clear the Shelters event through Sept. 10. Come find your forever friend today!
The Animal Protection Society of Durham, located at 2117 E. Club Blvd., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been helping animals in the community since 1970, and has managed the Durham County Animal Shelter since 1990. In addition to county funding, APS relies on donations from individuals and corporations to feed, shelter and provide medical attention for the nearly 7,000 stray, surrendered and abused animals it cares for each year. APS of Durham is open to the public for adoptions and animal visitations. To set up a virtual visit or to adopt, send adoption forms to adopt@apsofdurham.org. Same-day adoptions are now available in the shelter. For more information, email adopt@apsofdurham.org.
