Murphy is a curious and independent pet who loves to explore his environment. He can be a little worried when meeting new friends, so go slow with him – he’s sure to warm up quickly. He does like scratches once he’s comfortable. Murphy loves a good chew toy and always like to have one around. Adopt him today!
To set up a virtual visit or to adopt, send adoption forms to adopt@apsofdurham.org. To view Murphy’s pet webpage, visit apsofdurham.org/dogs/murphy-2. Same-day pet adoptions are now available in the shelter!
Adoption fees for dogs and puppies typically range from $100-$175. This includes a basic medical exam, spay or neuter surgery, microchip implantation, rabies and other vaccinations, intestinal parasite check, a heartworm test and deworming.
Thanks to our sponsor, new owners of each adopted featured pet will receive a free full day of camp at Camp Bow Wow.
