Ava is a super friendly and playful girl looking for a gleeful and fun-loving companion. She loves to chase after a toy or ball and will even toss it around herself. She’d benefit from basic training and calming exercises, as she can get very excited sometimes. She loves to learn – can you help her?
To set up a virtual visit or to adopt, send adoption forms to [email protected]. To view Ava’s webpage, visit apsofdurham.org/dogs/ava. Same-day adoptions are now available in the shelter.
Adoption fees for dogs and puppies typically range from $100-$175. This includes a basic medical exam, spay or neuter surgery, microchip implantation, rabies and other vaccinations, intestinal parasite check, a heartworm test and deworming.
Thanks to our sponsor, new owners of each adopted featured pet will receive a free full day of camp at Camp Bow Wow.
