9/11 Day of Service @ Nonprofit Organizations Throughout the Triangle

Join fellow citizens and volunteer during the annual 9/11 Day of Service coordinated by Activate Good with support from the City of Raleigh and local businesses. On Monday, September 11, businesses, groups, and individuals will honor those lost on 9/11 with volunteerism and acts of kindness around the Triangle. Service projects include refurbishing schools, packaging food for those in need, and more, and will benefit over 40 causes. An Evening Commemoration will conclude the Day of Service at the Red Hat Amphitheater. Visit www.activategood.org to register to volunteer.

Join fellow citizens to conclude the 9/11 Day of Service at an Evening Commemoration at Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh on September 11. Starting at 6:00 PM, citizens will hear words from local leaders, enjoy live music, and participate in service projects at stations throughout the amphitheater to wrap up this sixth annual day of service. Attendees are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to donate to ‘fill-the-truck’ for the Urban Ministries of Wake County food pantry (see food needs: https://tinyurl.com/y887gn6r).
