Pumpkins aren’t just for carving! Heirloom varieties of pumpkins are becoming more and more popular, learn how to cook with different types of pumpkins and winter squash. We are cooking all pumpkin with none of the “pumpkin spice.” You would have to be out of your gourd not to take this class!
