Peserico Collections Trunk Show @ Dovecote
Oct 8 @ 10:00 am – Oct 9 @ 5:00 pm

Peserico was established in 1962 in Cornedo Vicentino, Italy, via the passion and design skills of Mary Peserico and her husband Guiseppe Peruffo. Makers of exquisite traditional, classic clothing, this family-owned company quickly grew from a small Italian workshop into a global brand. The company’s success was driven by the couple’s commitment to quality fabrics, precise tailoring and their detailed handmade process. This sensibility, a hallmark of the made-in-Italy movement, has garnered Peserico a loyal following.

The garments in this collection fit and wear like a dream. After a season of acquainting ourselves with Peserico, we are thrilled to offer you an expanded collection this Fall!

Millianna Jewelry Trunk Show @ Dovecote
Oct 22 @ 10:00 am – Oct 23 @ 5:00 pm

MILLIANNA is the creation of Sharmilla Persaud and Arianna Brooke. Friends since 1995, they met while working at BCBG Max Azria, where Sharmilla worked in design and Arianna worked in the marketing department. “We knew that we always wanted to start something together and we saw that there was an opportunity in the market for our vision of fashion jewelry,” says Arianna. The friends joined professional forces in 2010 to create MILLIANNA.

Combining form with function, one of the most unique elements of MILLIANNA’s pieces is the closure used on all the cuffs and many necklaces. It is magnetic, lined with leather and topped with either hand-painted python skin or stamped lambskin. “It makes putting pieces on and taking them off very easy as well as comfortable,” says Arianna, “and because they’re so beautiful, many of our customers wear our cuffs with the closure showing on top of their wrists!”

P. Taylor Clothing @ Dovecote at Fearrington Village
Oct 29 @ 10:00 am – Oct 30 @ 5:00 pm

Priscilla Taylor knew exactly what she wanted in a perfect white shirt. It had to fit as comfortably as a well-worn boyfriend shirt, yet channel Audrey Hepburn’s tailored chic. It had to look luxurious and be ready to wear after a flight in a carry-on bag, or popping over to an uptown lunch after a jaunt to the market in jeans and flats. After years of fruitless searching, Priscilla was driven to design it herself!

Each luxurious, over-sized shirt is created in a luxe cotton blend that drapes beautifully and forgives wrinkles. Elegant, impeccably tailored lines flatter a woman’s body and never pull at the chest, arms or shoulders. Masterful details like a covered placket provide a perfect backdrop for jewelry and scarves. The collar is constructed to stand up or stay down depending on the ensemble.
