Learn basics of instant pot cooking including how to use various settings like manual, sauté, steam, yogurt mode and when to do natural versus quick release. I will also review using Delay Start feature.

I strongly believe that knowledge is power and will discuss specific health benefits of all the ingredients as you are cooking with them under my guidance. This is an hands on experience since I believe that is the best way to learn. Bring note pad if you wish to make notes.

At the end of the experience, you will have a strong foundation on how to effectively use the Instant Pot to create delicious, satisfying, easy and most important healthy recipes. You will leave with a clear understanding of the foods you should eat on a daily basis so you can live your best life now and for the future
