On Friday, December 7th, try some curated pairings of Durty Bull’s craft beer selection alongside The Dankery’s shrimp burgers, chicken wings, tenders, and bacon queso fries. $35 gets you all courses and tasters, not to mention free admission to our weekly Open Mic Stand-Up Comedy show in the barrel-house from 8-9:30.

Eastcut & Hope Animal Rescue Adoption Event & Fundraiser @ Eastcut Sandwich Bar

Hope Animal Rescue will be at Eastcut with some of their cuties that are up for adoption. The event will be held in Eastcut’s heated Garden space behind the main building.

Come hang in the Garden and meet these wonderful animals! $1 from every pint of beer sold will be donated to Hope Animal Rescue. Drinking beer was never a more important or noble pursuit!

Oyster Garden Party | Eastcut + Ponysaurus + NC Coast @ Eastcut Sandwich Bar

Ponysaurus and the NC Coastal Federation are joining Eastcut for an Oyster, Beer, and Oyster-Adoption Party! The event will be held in Eastcut’s heated Garden, located behind their main building.

Shucking up fresh oysters to order – 2pm until we run out. The Nash Street Ramblers will be providing some sweet tunes from 4-7pm.

NC Coastal Federation will be fundraising onsite – you can actually adopt oysters and follow their growth on the NC Coast!

$1 from every pint of Ponysaurus Oyster Saison will go to NC Coastal Federation.

Come enjoy some delicious fare and support the health of the NC Coast!

Kingfisher Pop-Up on the Roof @ The Durham Hotel

Be one of the first to try Sean Umstead’s signature produce-driven cocktails during our sneak preview of upcoming addition to the downtown neighborhood, Kingfisher. On Dec 19, Umstead’s pop-up bartending series comes to the Roof with festive farm-to-table creations from 6-9pm.

Kingfisher, which will be located next to The Durham Hotel, will be opening in early 2019. Expect a cocktail menu that celebrates the season, using fresh and skillfully preserved fruits and produce from nearby farms. While, the bar itself will draw on the artisanal styling of ceramic artist and co-owner Michelle Vanderwalker.
