Virtual Drop-in Chair Yoga
The supportive practice of gentle yoga, all from your chair. This class offers practices done while seated, as well as standing while using a chair for support. No previous yoga experience is required.
Equipment needed: sturdy chair, yoga mat (optional), folded towel or blanket (suggested)

- Fridays (12-1 p.m. EST)
Registration for sessions is available same day only, until 15 minutes prior to the session start time. Zoom connection information will be available immediately upon registration, located on the My Courses page of your learning center account.
Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early. Sessions are not recorded.
