The Dancer’s Workout®

Featured by both Dance Magazine and Good Housekeeping, these one-hour classes (available both virtually and in-person) were created to help adult former dancers, current dancers, and dance instructors achieve their daily fitness goals through dance. Designed for adults with prior ballet training (no matter how long ago), each class includes careful warm-up and stretching, an exhilarating dance cardio segment using ballet, jazz, and contemporary choreography, and top-shelf toning exercises for your abs, arms, glutes, and legs. Classes are offered weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, in the Raleigh/Durham area. Pre-register for your FREE FIRST CLASS at
