In this class, Chef John Eisensmith of Season to Taste will show you how to put all those different veggies, fruit and herbs together in creative ways that are as innovative as they are familiar! You’ll learn how to make multiple varieties of gazpacho and pesto and how to think about them as an idea instead of a recipe to keep your summer as varied as the produce it brings.
