Join Dante from Red Room Hot Yoga for a FREE Yoga and Weights class on the Southern Village Green.

Yoga is one of the safest ways to increase flexibility, build muscle endurance, reduce your risk of injury and improve posture and cardiovascular function. Weight training can improve a yoga practitioner’s strength and stability by working the muscles around joints and challenging the same muscles in different ways. Weight training can also greatly increase weight loss by raising your metabolic capacity.

Come out to Hux Family Farm for an all-levels yoga class with goats! That’s right, the Nigerian Dwarf goats (and a couple of lambs) will be joining us for class. This event is hosted by Bikram Yoga Durham, and all fitness levels are welcome.
