Join us for a delicious, one-of-a-kind beer dinner to kick off the summer. Our chef and brewer have collaborated to offer you a perfectly paired four-course dinner.

Pea shoot and arugula salad with thinly sliced radishes, fresh ginger and cucumbers in a lemon basil vinaigrette
with freshly grated Pecorino cheese and burger bun croutons

Then a twisted classic…
House-made adolescent beef sausage “beer choucroute” served with summer cabbage, caramelized red onions, sweet pickles and spicy beer mustard
Beer: Parrish Street Pale Ale

Game on…
Wild boar ravioli served in a tomato water pool with bacon floaties
Beer: Pratt Pilsner

A soft landing…
House made honey and lavender ice-cream (lavender is from the BCBB garden) with candied jalapeño zest, and served with a cookie
