We’re bringing it back for 2017! First in the line-up of our Spring Beer Dinner series we have the incredible Raleigh Brewing Co. Come join us on Wednesday, March 29th at 7:00pm as we bring this signature craft brewery from the City of Oaks to our very own Bull City! We’ll be releasing the full menu and beer line-up in a few short weeks, but until then you can start dreamin’ about what we’ll be pairing with Raleigh Brewing’s “Grape & Grain” a very special chardonnay barrel-rested saison!

Due to the increased interest in our monthly beer dinners we are now selling tickets in lieu of reservations. Tickets will be $40 per guest pre-sale and $45 per guest less than 48hrs before the dinner. Call (919) 286-9755 and request “March Beer Dinner” to purchase your tickets today!

April is North Carolina Beer Month, and in celebration we are thrilled to announce that for our second in the Spring Beer Dinner series line-up we will be teaming up with the fantastic Foothills Brewing in Winston-Salem to bring you another delish beer dinner. Join us for a delicious, one-of-a-kind beer dinner to kick off the summer. Our chef and brewer have collaborated to offer you a perfectly paired four-course dinner.

Amuse
Mozzarella “Deviled Egg” with yellow tomato pico d’
Beer: Bryant Bridge Gateway Golden

Start with…
Pea shoot and arugula salad with thinly sliced radishes, fresh ginger and cucumbers in a lemon basil vinaigrette
with freshly grated Pecorino cheese and burger bun croutons
Beer: Tābull Beer

Then a twisted classic…
House-made adolescent beef sausage “beer choucroute” served with summer cabbage, caramelized red onions, sweet pickles and spicy beer mustard
Beer: Parrish Street Pale Ale

Game on…
Wild boar ravioli served in a tomato water pool with bacon floaties
Beer: Pratt Pilsner

A soft landing…
House made honey and lavender ice-cream (lavender is from the BCBB garden) with candied jalapeño zest, and served with a cookie
