We are so excited to introduce Parizade’s next wine dinner. This decadent five-course dinner will be featuring an incredible selection of boutique bottles straight from the vineyards of California. Each of the selected bottles will be perfectly paired with some delectable Parizade flavors. View the full food and wine pairings below! The cost of the dinner is $75 per person with tax and gratuity not included.

The Menu:
Amuse Trio
• Tomato Consommé, basil and cucumber
• Sweet Pea Panna Cotta, cream fraiche and caviar
• Foie Gras, pistachio and strawberry paired with Domaine Chandon Classic Brut Sparkling

First Course
• Tuna Carpaccio, avocado, harts of palm, serrano, basil, citrus
paired with Trefethen Estate Dry Riesling

Second Course
• Seared Sea Scallops, wild mushroom agnolotti, brodo, sweet pea, sage paired with 2015 Jackson Estates Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

Third Course
• Grilled 7 Springs Farm Pork Rack, braised artichokes, cherry tomatoes, charred onions, balsamic-anchovy vinaigrette
paired with 2013 Hess 19 Block Cuvée

• Strawberry Shortcake paired with Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut Rosé
