Celebrate Thanksgiving early tonight at Piedmont. Chef Greg Gettles has created a mouth-watering five-course seasonal menu incorporating ingredients from special guests: handcrafted Foggy Ridge Cider and award-winning lamb producer Craig Rogers of Border Springs, both traveling in from Virginia for the event.
The dinner opens with a reception of “serious cider” poured at 6:30 p.m. During dinner, Craig will speak about his pastured lamb, which Greg plans to pair with butternut squash, apple jus and Foggy Ridge’s “Stayman,” made from American heirloom apples grown in the Foggy Ridge orchard.
